Smooth Saturdays Gentle Yoga

New Yoga Class for Saturdays in Uphill Lincoln;
10:05am -11am, a Beginner friendly yoga class for those that want to take it easy on Saturday morning but still want to stretch and ease the joints into comfort. No Plank pose allowed!
Come and join me October 11th for the first class, it runs weekly until Christmas. £9 a session; come to 5 and the 6th lesson is free of charge.
