They played the EMP stage at Bloodstock, and now they’re playing in Lincoln for us! Travelling all the way from South Wales, RITES TO RUIN are traditional heavy metal at its finest with a distinctly modern twist.
Fronted by vocal powerhouse Krissie Kirby (Triaxis), Rites to Ruin are a five piece heavy metal band based in South Wales and West of England.
With Matt Chambers (Triaxis, In the Absence of Light) & Lee Cartner on guitar, Paul Boschen (Burn thy Enemy) on bass and Zak Skane currently on loan on drums, Rites to Ruin offers a distinct slice of NWOBHM promising a loud sound that will have you head banging in seconds.
Supporting are ALL I LIVE FOR, a four-piece metal band hailing from Leeds, UK. Despite the heavy breakdowns, the band are not shy about exposing their heartfelt side. Their unique sound is focused around powerful guitars, empowering lyrics and a choral section saturated with emotive vocal harmonies.
Since the release of their critically acclaimed debut album, 'We Are The Angels' (mastered by multi-Grammy award-winning mastering engineer Gavin Lurssen (Foo Fighters, Guns 'n' Roses, Pink Floyd, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Mötley Crüe, Game Of Thrones...)), the band has sold thousands of copies on CD and garnered rave reviews for their exceptional musicianship.
