Salt & Sound Journey with Steve

Join Steve of Saltitude for a blissful Saturday Morning Sound Journey in the Salt Cave. This session is designed with a small number of participants in mind, so seating is limited.

While you lay back in a zero gravity chair, a short in-person guided meditation will start off your journey to help you relax and become present in the moment, soon after, the soothing sounds of drums, gongs, singing bowls, chimes, flute and other instruments will gently ease you into a deeper state of relaxation, as the journey continues, the music becomes deeper and more intense as if it is telling a story, it is a very sound immersive and personal experience. Towards the end of your journey the music becomes softer to gently ease your mind, body and spirit back into awakening. Throughout your session the sound is moving energy through your body to help you release anything that no longer serves your highest good. While all this is taking place, you are also receiving all the benefits of Halo (Salt) Therapy.
