During the practice, You will be supported in poses with many props and will enjoy the benefits of the parasympathetic nervous system centers being activated in the rest and digest response.
Enjoy Reiki during the poses and a guided meditation in an extended savasana. All while reaping the benefits of salt therapy!

Lori Maher has 20 years experience working with energy as a certified Acupressure Shiatsu Therapist, ABT and a Reiki Master. She is a yoga teacher who was trained in Integrative Yoga Therapy. Additionally Lori is a Breathwork and Wellness Coach. Lori is very passionate about helping others heal themselves through energy awareness and movement. Lori is the owner of State of Grace Wellness.
Please bring a mat, block and a few blankets. We do have mats and blankets available here, however you may want to bring your own mat to "double up" on the salt floor for comfort. and the suggestion for this restorative practice is to have about 6 blankets.
