🌿 Nervous System Reset Workshop
Restoring Inner Balance & Building Resilience
We are very excited for this first Nervous System reset workshop hosted by Georgia following her recent Trauma and Nervous system yoga teacher training in Bali.
🌿 Why grounding + vagus nerve practices?
👉 The vagus nerve is the main “rest and digest” nerve — the highway of the parasympathetic system.
👉 Grounding practices (breathwork, body scanning, yin yoga, walking barefoot, etc.) help reorient attention into the body and out of ruminative thought, encouraging vagal tone and a sense of embodied safety.
👉 Together, these build a window of tolerance so people can process emotions, recover from stress, and build resilience.
What to expect?
