Immerse into a stress releasing sound bath as we dive into the busy holiday week. The week of Christmas can be stressful. Let the sounds and healing vibrations of crystal sound bowls guide you back to center. Come for the whole hour or stay as long as you would like. The bowls and other healing instruments will be played for an hour. Enter the space in silence and leave filled with peace.
