Dance Free at the Lawn

An uplifting morning moving freely to music outdoors energising our body and soul. Connecting to the rhythms, each other and nature through movement and dance.

Free your body and soul, let go of your mind.


We start with a welcoming and a few guidelines on dancing free in the body. There's then a facilitated guided movement mediation over gentle music for 5 minutes which helps us drop into body, followed by a one hour 15 minutes music journey which is a wave of different music and rhythms for free movement. Music will be played through wireless headsets (provided) for an immersive music experience with crystal clear sound.


Simply move as much or little as you like, however you feel. 😊


It’s a very warm, fun and welcoming space to let go and dance you.
