Dambusters memorial RAF Scampton

A few of us are planning to stand at the end of the runway under the flightpath, beside the A15 on the anniversary of the Dambusters Raid starting at 21:00 hours ready for the time the first aircraft took off (21:28hrs).
I made this an annual event until I emigrated , but will be back in the UK for the anniversary this year. Subject to transport I will be there.
I then intend to be near the main gate for midnight to listen for the bark of a certain dog, who's rumoured to bark at midnight on the 16th/17th, the time he was laid to rest in the orders of Guy Gibson.
the last time I stood alone there I 100% heard a d9g bark at midnight and managed to record it on audio!
