Join us for An Evening in Montalcino: A Tuscan Wine Dinner — a five-course menu curated by Chef Andy Lane and paired with wines hand-selected by Federico Vallone, third-generation winemaker of Terre Nere in Montalcino. Vallone and his family craft their wines organically from mineral-rich Tuscan soils, capturing the true essence of Sangiovese and the tradition of Brunello.
From rustic panzanella salad to handmade pork anolini, balsamic-braised wild boar ribs, and a silky strawberry panna cotta, each course is thoughtfully paired with wines including Baglietti Prosecco, Terre Nere Rosso di Montalcino, Terre Nere Brunello di Montalcino, and the bold Brunello Riserva.
