THE DEBUT: FLEX AND SIP

By purchasing a ticket, you are agreeing to the Release of Liability and terms below.

In exchange for participation in the activity of organized by Layan Eid, I agree for myself (and, if applicable, for any minors I am supervising) to the following terms:

1. Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability:

I am aware that during my participation in this workout class, certain inherent risks are involved, including but not limited to slips, falls, muscle strains, or other physical injuries. I voluntarily accept and assume full responsibility for any and all risks, injuries, or damages that may occur during or after my participation.

I hereby waive, release, and discharge Layan Eid, her assistants, volunteers, and any affiliated individuals or organizations from any and all liability, claims, or causes of action arising from participation in this class, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. I agree not to sue for losses, damages, or expenses resulting from my attendance or participation.

2. Health and Safety:

I confirm that I am physically able to participate safely in this activity and have no health conditions that would prevent me from doing so. I agree to follow all safety instructions provided by Layan Eid and her team.

3. Photo/Video Release:

I consent to the use of any photographs or videos taken during this class for promotional or marketing purposes by Layan Eid, without compensation to me.

4. Acknowledgment:

I declare that I am at least 16 years of age and have read and understood this waiver and release. I understand that by purchasing a ticket, I voluntarily surrender certain legal rights.
