S'WET™ Aqua Fitness is a high-energy, full-body workout that takes aquatic fitness to the next level!
Combining the fundamentals of water exercise training, and resistance training, S'WET™ offers a unique and challenging experience designed to push participants to their limits while ensuring safety and proper form. This inclusive program challenges a wide range of participants of all ages and athletic abilities. While it’s high intensity, the class is accessible to everyone, ensuring each participant gets a workout tailored to their level.
This class integrates high-intensity interval training (HIIT), advanced cardio, strength training, and plyometrics—all in the water!
Led by Sherri Freifelder, a licensed Zumba Specialty Instructor and AEA Certified Aquatic Fitness Professional with years of wellness experience, S'WET™ breaks the mold of traditional water fitness. Whether you're looking to build strength, improve endurance, or just have fun, this low-impact, high-intensity workout is perfect for all ages, abilities, and genders. Join the aquatic adventure that transforms water fitness into a dynamic, total-body challenge!
Classes will be held on Wednesday's at the Wyomissing Pool at 6:00 pm. Each session cost is $11 - ( cash only ) and you pay for each session at the front desk upon entering. This is an outdoor class that is weather dependent. Wear your bathing suit and water shoes are strongly recommended. Bring a water bottle!
Plan to arrive a few minutes early to allow time to get ready.
