PILOXING

PILOXING, bringing BOXING and PILATES together with a little side of dance=45 minutes of CARDIO, TONING to Build LEAN MUSCLE!

All while improving Flexibility and Increasing Stamina through Variable Intensity Interval Training with high impact Boxing Blocks and focused Pilates movements and FUN dance moves.

Class is open to ALL fitness levels-we LOVE beginners :-)
