MOVIES IN THE PARK: The Wild Robot

Movies in the Park: The Wild Robot is coming to Wyomissing Hills Memorial Park on Saturday, August 9th at 8:30 PM, and you won’t want to miss it! This free event kicks off our community’s Movies in the Park series with a screening of the beautifully animated adventure based on the bestselling book by Peter Brown.

Join Roz, a robot who unexpectedly wakes up on a remote island and must learn how to survive in the wild. As she makes her way through unfamiliar terrain, she discovers what it means to connect, adapt, and become something more than just a machine. It's a story that blends heart, humor, and a whole lot of nature—perfect for families, friends, and fans of a good story under the stars.

This special evening is proudly sponsored by the Wyomissing Hills Citizens Social Committee, who will be there with free popcorn for all to enjoy. And adding a little extra chill to the night, our friends from Kona Ice will be serving up their signature shaved ice treats!

Bring your blanket or lawn chair, gather your crew, and settle in for an unforgettable night in the park.
