The Art of Ageing with Tew Bunnag

Tew will address the various issues surrounding aging, something many of us are facing at this time in our lives. How do we preserve not only our physical well-being but also our mental and spiritual well-being? How can we continue to celebrate our days while preparing for the journey ahead? How can we accompany ourselves and others while we experience the changes that are occurring in our body? He will share practices of Taichi, Chi Gung and the Buddhist tradition. Any prior familiarity with these is helpful but not essential.
