Yin Yoga & Sound Healing
— a deep experience where we will melt into stillness, dive beyond postures, and explore the subtle spaces within.
Breathwork, meditation, and the healing sounds of Tibetan bowls, wind chimes, as well as hand-pan, will guide you even deeper into surrendering.🧘♀️
On each session we dive deeper into each element and its according meridian organs, and I can’t wait to share this magic with you, along with my dear and talented friend Andreas on the hand-pan. ✨
