As a yoga and wellness instructor , I know that maintaining a good vagus nerve pathway is foundational to your energy and well-being. So I designed this program as an efficient, effective blend of ancient wellness disciplines like yoga, breathwork, and meditation, and contemporary anatomy and neuroscience-based techniques to balance your vagus nerve and help you feel your best.
