Healing Strings is founded on the principle of the healing power of music — we put an instrument in your hand and teach you how to play at whatever level you want to be able to play. We do guitar, ukelele, bass, piano, singing, and even songwriting.

We are here to help you be able to express yourself and have an outlet for whatever good or bad time you’re going through in a low-key, low-pressure, chill environment.

We meet every 2nd and 4th Wednesday at Shawnee UMC (2600 Zurmehly Rd, Lima, Ohio) in the Centrum, but feel free to reach out with any questions in advance!
