Også i år inviterer vi til Folkemøte for ytringsfrihet med fylkeskultursjef Kurt Ole Linn som konferansier.
Med oss på scenen har vi vinneren av Bjørnsonprisen, Sofi Oksanen, vinneren av den nasjonale skrivekonkurransen «De unges folketale» og Nina Jankowicz, som er amerikansk og internasjonalt anerkjent ekspert på desinformasjon og demokratisering.
Det blir innslag ved Kulturhjerte og et nyprodusert bidrag fra Musikk i Innlandet hvor funk-soul bandet Fiehs vokalist og låtskriver Sofie Tollefsbøl og gitarist Haldor Røyne, som til vanlig spiller med kremen av norske visesangere, opptrer.
Deeyah Khan deltar dessverre ikke i folkemøtet, slik det er annonsert i festivalens trykkede program. I stedet kommer Nina Jankowicz.

Once again, we invite you to the Public Meeting for Freedom of Expression, with Lillehammer Director of Culture Kurt Ole Linn hosting.
Joining us on stage are the winner of the Bjørnson Prize, Sofi Oksanen, the winner of the national writing competition "De unges folketale", and Nina Jankowicz, an American and internationally recognized expert on disinformation and democratization.
There will also be performances by Kulturhjerte and a newly produced contribution from Musikk i Innlandet, featuring Sofie Tollefsbøl, vocalist and songwriter of the funk-soul band Fieh, and Haldor Røyne, a guitarist who regularly performs with some of Norway’s top folk singers.
Deeyah Khan will unfortunately not be participating as announced in the printed festival program. Instead, Nina Jankowicz will be joining us.
