I am Belinda, currently traveling around Australia offering 30 and 60 minute Osteopathy and Reiki sessions in rural and remote locations 🙌🏼

Serving Lightning Ridge 8th -10th August, and returning September 5th-8th.

Osteo can help with any sort of body aches and pains, we look for the underlying root cause of the complaint and assist with manual therapy (massage, manipulation, joint articulation) and give some take home exercises to help you manage at home.

Reiki is ideal for anyone! It is a powerful nervous system restorative practice, assisting your body return to its natural parasympathetic state where ‘rest and digest’ functions can occur. Restoring energy and vitality to your whole body and mind.
