STRENGTHFIT 4 WEEK NUTRITION AND STRENGTH TRAINING PLAN
Introducing my Strengthfit Small Group Strength Training & Nutrition Course for Women. A face to face hybrid program designed to help you achieve a toned physique, improve your overall fitness, and reduce inflammation through targeted exercises and a balanced diet.

Why Join Strengthfit ? Here's what you can expect:

1. Expert Guidance: I will personally guide you through your Sunday class ensuring proper form and technique for maximum results. Plus, providing you with nutritional info to help you follow a healthier eating plan and lose lb’s if that is your goal.

2. Small Group Support: Join a community of like-minded women who are committed to improving their fitness. You'll receive support, encouragement, and accountability from both myself and fellow participants, creating an inspiring and motivational environment. 2 midweek 15 minute live facebook talks to help keep you on track. Access to your whats app group to ask questions daily if you wish. 1 exercise program to use in the home or the gym during your 4 week course but this can just be active daily living steps to achieve your goal

3. Comprehensive Workouts during the Sunday class: Our strength training sessions encompass a range of exercises targeting different muscle groups, enhancing strength, stability, and flexibility week on week progress.


4. Progress Tracking: To keep you motivated and engaged, we provide regular progress assessments and track key measurements, allowing you to see your transformation over time. Celebrate your successes and stay motivated throughout the course.
