Whether you're facing mental health struggles, taking small steps towards socialising, want to chat about anything and everything, or simply looking to make new friends - just pop in, no booking needed! 🌻

👋 Our friendly team will be there eagerly waiting to greet you. We are mental health first aid trained and happy to signpost you to further support if you’re navigating through personal challenges.
