Move Into Joy: Mat Pilates, Meditation + Sound Bath

Join sisters Mary and Maggie for a nurturing outdoor experience designed to help those looking to reset and connect with themselves . Set in nature and guided with care, this 60-minute gathering blends 45 minutes of gentle mat Pilates with a 15-minute meditation and sound bath, offering space for grounding, movement, and deep connection.

Whether you're prenatal, postnatal, or simply seeking space to connect with yourself and others, this experience is for you. All trimesters welcome. All bodies are honored.

Together, we'll:

• Strengthen and soften through mindful movement
• Rest and release with sound and stillness
• Celebrate the feminine in all its forms

+ Price: $20 for early-bird pricing. Pricing increases to $30 after July 16.
