If you’ve been curious about yoga but unsure where to start, this welcoming 90-minute workshop offers the perfect introduction.
Together, we’ll explore the foundations of yoga—including breathwork, key postures, safe alignment, and the deeper purpose behind the practice. You’ll learn not only how to move, but why we move the way we do.
This workshop will help you:
Learn to breathe with intention and presence
Understand foundational poses and how to approach them safely
Modify postures to support your individual needs
Gain insight into the core principles of yoga philosophy, including presence, non-judgment, and self-awareness
Know what to expect in a typical class—and how to make it your own
This is a space for learning, curiosity, and connection. Wear comfortable clothes and bring your questions—no flexibility required, just a willingness to explore.
You’ll leave feeling grounded, informed, and confident to take your next step on the mat.
