Middle school is a season of big changes—for kids and parents alike.
This engaging workshop is designed to help parents of 4th–6th graders navigate the transition with confidence, clarity, and connection.
Whether your child is already asking big questions or just starting to explore their independence, this class will equip you with practical tools to support their emotional, social, and digital development before they enter middle school.
Led by Sara Yarbrough, a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, this workshop offers expert insight and guidance in a supportive, down-to-earth setting.
In this workshop, you’ll learn how to help your child:
Build healthy peer relationships and strengthen communication
Create emotional resilience against anxiety and depression
Set boundaries and foster healthy habits around technology and screen time
Cost: $75/per couple
