Advent Midweek Meal and Service - Lights

JOIN US AT 5:30PM FOR DINNER, AND STICK AROUND FOR OUR ADVENT MIDWEEK SERVICE AT 6:30PM.
OUR THEME FOR THIS EVENING'S SERVICE IS LIGHTS
We decorate in preparation for Christmas. Our decoration preparation includes the use of lights—from candles to twinkling LEDs. These luminous decorations also help us prepare for the advent (or coming) of Jesus during Advent, a season of preparation. Today, we will consider how lights point us to the coming of Christ and the glory He brings. The sermons in our series are by Rev. Dr. David J. Peter, Professor of Practical Theology and Dean of the Faculty of Concordia Seminary, St. Louis.
