A gentle unravelling for body ,mind and soul through somatic movements ( slow, gentle, mat based, quietly repetitive, flowing) guided by Jane.

A settling into restoration, relaxation, mind freeing sound bath created by Elle. At the same time receive hand reflexology from Jane.

We will conclude our time with a drink of nourishing cacao; and gentle chatter before stepping out into the rest of the evening feeling both deeply rested and enlivened.
