Relaxing soundbath in the Hall @ Croston Old School

Join me for an hour of rest and relaxation in the beautiful Hall Croston Old School. Through sound you’ll be gently guided into a world of deep rest, peace and relaxation. I’ve been trained by the British academy of sound therapy who have researched and developed a framework of playing instruments that induces relaxation. So by playing Himalayan singing bowls, gong, crystal singing bowls and therapeutic percussion you’ll be taken from your active everyday brain to a restful brain, like verging on the edge of sleep or in a meditative state. It’s a place where healing the mind and body starts, a place of tranquility.
So come along and enjoy an hour to yourself to just switch off and do absolutely nothing.
