Weekly Sound Bath with Amy Hudson

Join Amy Hudson for a blissful hour of sound therapy designed to melt away stress and promote deep relaxation.

Experience the soothing vibrations of nine crystal singing bowls (tuned to 432Hz), along with a rain drum, handmade buffalo hide frame drum, and various rattles. These harmonious sounds work to calm the nervous system, release tension, and invite a sense of inner peace.

This session is open to all; no prior experience is needed.
