Join us for the second event of the Lexington Women's Health Speaker Series, following January's sold-out Menopause Therapies Unlocked, where we’ll dive deep into proactive strategies for disease prevention in midlife.
This event will explore chronic conditions affecting midlife women as hormonal changes increase vulnerability to health imbalances.
Are you noticing changes in your health—rising blood sugar, inflammation, blood pressure, or cholesterol? Struggling with low energy, weight issues, brain fog, decreasing fitness, or other midlife shifts? Have you been diagnosed with a chronic condition and want to address the root causes? You’re not alone, and you don’t have to navigate this journey by yourself.
This engaging panel discussion will feature expert speakers sharing evidence-based insights on how to prevent and manage chronic diseases through lifestyle changes.
