Join us for a 2-hour creative healing workshop where we’ll create our very own Inner Child Joy Box — a sacred container filled with color, imagination, and reminders of what makes life feel magical.

Through a gentle blend of Reiki energy, guided reflection, and intuitive art-making, you’ll connect with the parts of you that still long to play, dream, and feel deeply seen.

• Receive gentle Reiki to open the heart and calm the nervous system
• Reflect on your inner child’s voice, needs, and dreams
• Create a personalized Joy Box using mixed media art
• Fill it with symbols, affirmations, memories, and tiny treasures
• Share and connect in a safe, soul-nourishing space
