✊ WHY WE'RE PROTESTING
Too many families have been torn apart by a broken system.
Too many children taken without evidence.
Too many parents silenced by courts that are supposed to serve justice.
It’s time to stand up, speak out, and fight back against the corruption, negligence, and systemic abuse happening in Family Court and Child Protective Services (CPS) across Kentucky and the U.S.
This peaceful protest is a demand for:
Transparency in CPS investigations and family court hearings
Due process and fair legal treatment for parents
Accountability for workers who lie, retaliate, or abuse their power
Reform that protects families instead of tearing them apart

Come when you can, stay as long as you’d like. Whether it’s 20 minutes or the whole afternoon, every voice helps make a difference.
🗣 Speakers will include impacted parents, advocates, legal professionals, and survivors sharing their stories and calling for change.
Help us flood the plaza with voices and signs they can’t ignore.
