This class is designed for every body—regardless of size, shape, age, or ability. Whether you're new to yoga or returning after a break, Every. Body. Yoga. offers a welcoming space where you can move, breathe, and connect at your own pace.
We celebrate body diversity and honor the unique needs of each participant. Modifications, props, and alternative poses are offered throughout the class to support all needs. You are encouraged to listen to your body and practice in a way that feels right for you.
Come as you are. No experience required. Just bring your breath, your curiosity, and your beautiful self.
