Each pour offers a distinct snapshot of the terroir, tradition, and artistry of its region—crafted by local maestros mezcaleros using time-honored methods.

• VIDA Puebla: A bright and approachable mezcal from the Puebla region. VIDA Puebla offers a clean, slightly vegetal profile with hints of roasted agave, citrus zest, and a touch of smoke. Ideal for both sipping and cocktails, this expression serves as a gentle introduction to artisanal mezcal.

• San Luis del Río: From the lush, mountainous village of San Luis del Río, this mezcal is rich and full-bodied. Expect spicy notes of dried fruit, banana, and cinnamon, with an underlying smokiness and velvety mouthfeel. It’s a bold expression that balances complexity with drinkability.

• Santo Domingo Albarradas: High-altitude freshness defines this mezcal. Distilled in the Mixe region, it has floral and tropical aromas with flavors of lavender, pear, and garden herbs. The smoke is light but present, making it a delicate yet memorable sip.
