Our Memorial Day Picnic is on May 25, 2025, Sunday, from 12:00 PM-4:00. PM at 300 W Reynolds Rd, Lexington, KY 40503. Below are the food assignments by first letter of your last name for the POTLUCK. Please comment on the dish you wish to bring. Bottled water and sodas will be provided. NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES allowed in the park.
A-D= Meat and/or Seafoods
E-K= Vegetables and/or salad
L-Q= Noodles and/or Pasta
R-Z= Desserts and/or Pot of Rice
Also, remember to pay your annual membership dues, which is $40 per family and $30 for single; $10 per person for nonmembers. We encourage everyone to become a member and support our organization. There will be dances and games with fabulous prizes. Be ready to have fun!
For those who want to volunteer to perform, please let any of the officers and board know.
We are also going to need help in setting up the shelter that Sunday morning. Please contact Jennifer and David Motsinger if you are available to help.
If you are a vendor and want to sell or showcase your products, please let any of the officers know. There is a $30 vendor fee.

But you can always pay at the registration table during the picnic. Donations are always welcome, which are tax deductible as BFAAI is a nonprofit organization. Thank you!
