Belly Dance Basics and FUNdamentals

Welcome all skill levels. In this class you will learn the basics for belly dance from your head to your toes.

Class is structured with a warm up targeting areas of the body activated in the style, a highlighted focus on isolations, hip movements and traveling the floor. We will finish with a fun “DANCE LIKE NO ONE’S WATCHING” section that allows all dancers to freely express themselves to bring it all together.
