What to Expect
This is a gentle yet potent ceremonial experience for anyone feeling the call to return to themselves.
Here’s what you can expect during the session:
Opening Circle & Energetic Grounding
We’ll begin by dropping into sacred space, releasing the day, and grounding into the body with intention.
Self Discovery
Drawing from the Sacred Direction Archetypes, you'll dive into self-discovery to learn more about yourself and your path.
Guided Shamanic Journey
Using rhythmic drumming and ceremonial facilitation, you’ll be led on a guided journey to connect with your inner world, receive symbols or messages, and meet a guide or part of yourself ready to be witnessed. Don't worry if you haven't done this before, you'll be given instructions to get started.
Integration & Reflection
You’ll have time to journal and share (optional) your experience in community, followed by gentle coaching to help you make meaning of what arose.
Energetic Reset & Take-Home Practice
You’ll leave with a grounded energetic reset and simple practices to continue your self-discovery in daily life.
