Our Girls Self Defense Workshop will give your daughter 2 KEY skills for a safe, successful school year:
1. Street smarts

✅ Your daughter will learn the 4 pillars of street smarts so that she's always two steps ahead, NEVER approaches a stranger, and never looks like an easy target.
✅ Imagine your daughter walking tall with her shoulders back, observing her surroundings, keeping her distance, and ready to use her strong voice to say NO when she needs to.
2. Bully Prevention
Did you know that 160,000 kids miss school every day due to fear of bullying and intimidation? Bullying is like health– An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure!
✅ Your daughter will practice using her confident voice and body language to stand up for herself to initial negative comments, so she can cut out harassment before it gets serious.
✅ She’ll learn why BOUNDARY SETTING is one of the most powerful social and safety tools, and how it doesn’t make you mean (or lame) to say no or stand up for yourself.
In fact– it makes you really cool 😎 to have the confidence to be true to yourself.
What You Need:
- There is NO experience required to join
- MOMS- come prepared to participate with your daughter!
- Wear long leggings and a fitted t-shirt, bring water
