Tot Time: Fish Frenzy!

Tot Time is happening this month at Dickson Mounds! Tots and their adults will have fun exploring, discovering, and learning about a different topic the first Thursday of every month.

This month’s program topic is Fish Frenzy! Staff from the Illinois River Biological Station will be showcasing live fish from the Illinois River and the boat and equipment they use in their daily research. Participants will meet a variety of fish from the local environment and learn about each species. Tots and caretakers, expect to enjoy hands-on activities and crafts to take home!

The program will begin at 9:30 a.m. and is free. Registration is not required. However, groups of 8 or more are encouraged to call the Museum at 309-547-3721 prior to the program date to ensure the availability of supplies. Participants are welcome to enjoy the Museum exhibits after the program.
