Sunday Morning Stretch

Expect beachy music, fresh air and an invigorating full-body stretch! We'll be downtown Lewiston in the park by the pavilion on Sunday, August 10th at 9 am and on Wednesday, August 20th at 6 pm. The music will lead us through a variety of positions that cater to all fitness and flexibility levels. We'll explore an array of stretches focused on improving posture and mobility that you'll want to practice at home! Bring a mat and wear comfortable clothing.
