No-Cost Community Yoga Class

Join Rachael for a free Vinyasa Flow class. She is a student here at Bea You Yoga, and will be leading a regular class. We wanted to give her the opportunity to do a practice run.

Meet Rachael- A loving, wife, mother, daughter and friend. Rachael is excited to share her love of yoga with those around her. Rachael has been practicing yoga consistently for a little over 1 year and she is so thankful for all it has brought her thus far. With sprinkles of exposure to yoga throughout her young adult life, she is thankful that the passion finally stuck around and is here to stay. She plans to complete her 200 hour yoga teacher training this fall/ winter and is so excited to deepen her practice and spread the yoga love.
