Fitness in the Parks: Yoga at Academy Park

We’ve got the perfect way to stay active this summer! Join us and YMCA Buffalo Niagara at Academy Park on Sundays at 10 a.m. for Yoga during #FitnessintheParks. Take a breath of relaxation and enjoy gentle, effective postures that promote stretching, strengthening and peace of mind. Benefits include increased blood circulation, improved mental awareness, strengthened muscles and reduced stress!

Class takes place next to the bandshell (across from Syros restaurant on Cayuga Street). Please note, participants should bring their own water bottles and mats. No other equipment is required.

Our 14th season of #FitnessintheParks features free outdoor fitness classes offered by us and our friends at YMCA Buffalo Niagara to encourage physical activity and healthy lifestyles! Taught by certified YMCA instructors, our fitness classes are great for all ages and skill levels. No sign-up or registration is required – just show up. We’re looking forward to seeing you!
