Breastfeeding and Baby Basics

Join us for a free, one-night class introducing expectant parents to breastfeeding and newborn care basics. Topics will include positioning the baby, latching on, milk production, and supply sustainment for breastfeeding. We'll also cover essential newborn care topics such as crying, sleep feeding, and fundamental growth and development in the first few weeks of your baby's life. You'll have the opportunity to ask questions and practice skills. Registration is limited to 6 mothers, each with one support person if desired. Register now at sjrmc.org/event or
