Or have a look round, meet some of our lovely staff and find out about our classes and therapies, including massages, floatation therapy in our unique open floatation pool, chromatherapy in our infrared sauna and much more.

Just turn up, no appointment necessary (but you will need to book places in our taster classes in advance). Book spa treatments on the day at reception. All subject to availability.
