Silent Yin + Nidra

Part of our Summer Series with Dimitra!

Experience deep rest by the ocean in this meditative offering using silent disco headphones.

Class is held on Savannah Beach in Lewes (Beach #1, straight down from the Dairy Queen at the end of Savannah Rd). Look for us on the left side of the beach as you walk out.

We’ll move through a series of long-held yin poses to release tension, followed by a guided yoga nidra (yogic sleep) designed to bring deep healing and calm. The headphones create a bubble of serenity, letting you tune in fully while the waves whisper nearby.

Bring your own beach towel/mat.
Don't forget water and sunscreen!
