Pelvic Floor & Core Workshop

We are co-hosting a FREE workshop together with Aquacare Rehabilitation Services. Our aim is to give you knowledge and the tools of how to protect and improve your core strength and pelvic floor health.

Pelvic floor health is vital to both females and males. Many people don't know that pelvic floor muscles form the base of one's core. Male and female pelvic floors are essentially the same - just constructed differently. These muscles are crucial in everyday activities like sitting, standing, and walking.

This workshop is open to the public. Doors Open at 8:45AM. Please join us to learn strategies for optimal function... breathing, posture, functional movement, connection to core & pelvic floor, how to improve core stability, and general advice.
