Chalk House Sessions Presents Anna Howie support from Bella Spinks

Continuing in the fabulous footsteps of Hilltop Sessions, one of Lewes' most loved music nights, Chalk House Sessions is thrilled to be kicking off their grassroots gigs with the magnificent Anna Howie and Bella Spinks.

Anna Howie is a songwriter who defies boxes and labels, following her North Star of truth with humour, joy, and irresistible honesty. Her music - “Americana with a very British twist” - moves effortlessly between foot-tapping singalongs and tender moments of reflection.

Supporting Anna will be local songstress Bella Spinks. With her signature piano style and inventive vocals, Bella has drawn comparisons to Joni Mitchell, Kate Bush, Carole King, and Regina Spektor. Her debut album Homeostasis proves she’s carved out a unique, compelling, and hypnotic world.
