Breath + Movement + Reflection

Part of our Summer Series with Dimitra!

Settle into the rhythm of summer with this grounding, heart-opening class.

Class is held on Savannah Beach in Lewes (Beach #1, straight down from the Dairy Queen at the end of Savannah Rd). Look for us on the left side of the beach as you walk out.

We’ll begin with breathwork to clear the mind, flow through gentle, intentional movement to awaken the body, and wrap up with time for journaling and quiet reflection. It's the perfect pause for your soul — a chance to connect with yourself, nature, and the present moment.

Bring your own beach towel/mat.
Don't forget water and sunscreen!
