Short Rack 8 Ball Rules
`8 on the break gets spotted
`You are what you make (Unless you make 1 of each or 1 and the 8)
`Must call all shots
`Scratch on the break is anywhere on the table
`Open combos when the table is open
`Can make a ball and call "Safe"
`Scratch on 8 or early 8 is Loss of game
