This practice is all about connection: how to connect with a partner? How to find or optimize that stretch in close and open position? Which kind of current and other connections are there and how can you use these in your Lindy Hop dancing?
🙌 We go for a practical and quiet technical approach where you can really work on your personal grow. From beginners (who have already followed some weekly classes and know a send-out, change place and bring back) to intermediate dancers: this is an OPEN LEVEL practice as I believe that no matter which level you dance in, there is always a way of getting a layer deeper. Although we go right back to the fundamentals you can dig deeper or finally have that 'aha-moment' thanks to the use of additional teaching material like f.e. resistance bands (sport elastics).
If there is a waiting list for this edition, possibly, there will be hold an extra session on this day from 13:30-15:30.
