Did you love your Erasmus experience and want to share it with future exchange students? Or are you currently studying in Belgium and want to promote your home university to local students who might want to study there next year? Then we’d love to have you as an ambassador! 🧡 It’s the perfect opportunity to relive your exchange memories, share your culture, and inspire future students 🤗
During the fair, interested students can simply stop by your stand to have a friendly chat and get inspired. There is no presentation required, so no stress. 😉

o Please arrive 15 minutes early so we can get everything set up smoothly.
o Food and drinks will be provided for all ambassadors during the event 🍴🥤
o If you’re joining us from another campus than Leuven, we will reimburse your train ticket 🚆✨
To make your stand extra fun, feel free to bring some items from your exchange or home country (flags, pictures, souvenirs, …). The most creative stand even wins a prize! 🏆🎉
